As always I recommend whole foods when providing your children with snacks such as boiled eggs, natural nut butters on crackers or bread, fruit, veg etc, it's cheaper and it's going to keep your little one fuller for longer whilst not effecting their appetite at mealtimes. However, life gets in the way sometimes and it's often us parents need a quick, convenient snack for on the go or to purchase in an emergency. Packet snacks can be super handy however MANY out there, almost 90% contain ingredients I wouldn't recommend such as seed oils, preservatives, additives, excessive refined sugar and more.
