These festive Yorkshire puddings are stuffed with pigs in blankets and onion and sage stuffing, baked to a golden perfection, and topped with gravy. My children adore these as an alternative to my usual single-portion toad in the holes during the Christmas season! They are excellent when served with creamy mashed potatoes or just some mixed vegetables with a generous helping of thick gravy. They are also a great way to use up Christmas dinner leftovers!
