Do you have a child who relies on screens at mealtimes? We have a three week, mealtime digital detox challenge for you to follow step-by-step each day! This detox is a soft and gentle approach to removing screens for meals with as little meltdowns as possible. A child needs to be seeing, exploring and smelling the foods in front of them to create good eating habits and build a strong connection and love for food, in order for this their eyes need to be on the food and not a screen. Let us help you get there with our three week challenge!
